I am now the lone pregnant lady in the neighborhood (at least of the four of us that regularly hangout). However, I am not completely alone since several friends, relatives, and co-workers are due either right before me or much after me. I had my 34 week appointment on Monday of last week and was disappointed to find out that this baby is breech. If he/she doesn’t turn on it’s own, the doctor will attempt to turn him/her into the proper head down position. All we can do is hope for the best outcome in the end and that outcome is a healthy baby! I go back to the doctor this week so we will see if there has been any change.
This part of my pregnancy has had some sweet moments. Max and Evie have spent the last 10 minutes or so laying with their heads on my belly and talking about when the baby comes. I think they are both very excited! Max loves when he feels the baby move and Evie likes to push around on my belly to find the hard spots (versus the squishy spots). She thinks the one on top of my belly is the butt. Let’s hope she’s right!
This is me about a month ago!
